Do you remember that old kids song  ‘The Wheels on the bus go round and round?’ They may go round and round but for some Frisco folks, that’s gonna cost 300 bucks.

“We’ve been offered what they call Fare Busing. What that means is we have the option of paying $300 dollars per year per student,” Bill Brill, father of two, said.

Brill and his HOA lost an appeal on Monday.

Frisco ISD ruled that students living within two miles of their middle school won’t be getting free bus rides anymore.

Due to some new roads opening up shorting the distance to the school, some communities have been given their walking papers even though their kids were bused for free the year before.
