Okay, we’ve all been there: Overworked, emotionally drained, and financially spent. It can all add up to a lot of stress.

But hey, folks, when it comes to the most stressed-out cities, guess who’s all wound up? That’s right. CNN Money ranks our friends in H-Town were ranked the fifth most stressed out city in the U.S. The site considered factors like traffic, hours logged at work, crime, and unemployment.

What’s more, CNN Money reports the bayou city has the longest average work week of all 55 cities studied. And you thought your work week was brutal.

Hey, we can’t complain. Big D didn’t even rank in the top 10. Dallas’ designation? Sweet 16.

So the next time you find yourself stuck in bumper-to-bumper traffic or having to stay late at work, remember: It could be worse.

Guess that’s what you call stress relief.
