For most of us the words, “Health Food” and “Good For You” isn’t cause for celebration. But that’s exactly what happened this week in Dallas, when a new LYFE Kitchen opened up in West Village.
Oprah’s Larger than life former chef Art Smith was excited to told us about the launch.
Art exclaims, “I’ve come to Dallas with this wonderful concept called LYFE kitchen. What is that? Well what it is is a lot of great tasting delicious food that just so happens to be good for you. ”
According to Executive Chef Jeremy Bringardner every dish on the LYFE menu is under 600 calories.
So finally some guilty pleasures you don’t have to feel so guilty about.
