This light and simple shrimp marinade pairs beautifully with a season salad for a feel good meal.
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- ⅛ cup white wine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ cup extra light olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
In a medium bowl, combine the marinade ingredients.
Pour the mixture over the shrimp, and let it marinate for about 10 minutes before grilling.
