It takes a lot of balls, bats and bases to get to the College World Series. The Texas Christian University Horned Frogs have hit, slid and bunted their way to the top.

On Thursday, the fighting Frogs landed in Omaha. Earlier this week, the team emerged victorious, following a come-from-behind win against Pepperdine in the NCAA Super Regionals.

Once in Nebraska, the team tweeted a picture from their “field of dreams.” Talk about a “toad-back” Thursday, TCU was at the CWS just four years ago. The team lost to UCLA in the semi-finals.

This time around, the Frogs take center field in Sunday’s showdown with rival Texas Tech. So batter up, these sluggers are poised to come out swinging – and leap over the competiton.
