IRVING – An Irving teen was rushed to the hospital Saturday night, and K2 may be the blame. The 13-year girl was reportedly found twitching outside of her apartment complex, on the 2000 block of Estrada Parkway.

The teen reportedly told police she was high on the synthetic drug.

This isn’t the first medical issue reported on the fake pot. So far, over 100 cases have been reported.

There’s no word on the condition of the girl, or if any arrests have been made. This incident comes on the heels of a major K2 bust by the DEA.

Consider this a high alert – there’s nothing sweet about this spice.
