Dallas-Fort Worth – You can write this down.

George Strait who has been wooing folks since 1981, is packing up his boots and riding off into the sunset after his final tour.

His farewell bow ends where it all began at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.

This happens to be the hottest ticket in town because everyone wants to catch Saturday night’s swan song.

But, conmen also want to grab some of the spotlight and score big bucks off of unsuspecting music lovers.

Cops in Terrell are already investigating one such burn, where a fan was taken for $1,500 after she responded to a craigslist ad, and ended up getting counterfeit concert tickets.

It looks like these scammers are putting a sour note on what should be a great, last goodbye.
