    DALLAS – A body found on Lake Ray Hubbard has been positively identified as missing Rowlett fisherman Mark Jordan. Texas game wardens say Mark Jordan’s body was found early Wednesday several yards from where his capsized boat had been found earlier on Lake Ray Hubbard.
