A new report is out and it says use of force by campus police officers is rising.
The report says there were 204 use of force incidents in the 2014 - 15 school year.
In 2011 there were only 106.
Dallas ISD Police Chief Craig Miller, however, says the jump in numbers is because his officers are doing a better job of documenting each incident.
The report also shows a disproportionate number of African American students received tickets and complaints.
But Miller says that data is 18 months old and these days, Officers write very few citations, with most being for traffic violations.
