Kidd’s Kids Head to Disney World for the 25th Year in a Row

DALLAS -- It was sendoff day at Love Field, where 54 families of Kidd's Kids are headed to Orlando.

The charity, started by popular radio host Kidd Kraddick, has been carried on by his daughter Caroline since he passed away back in 2013.

"It's an honor as a daughter to see this," Caroline said.  "A lot of people know him from the radio show, but I think his biggest legacy that he left us was the charity - was Kidd's Kids - and it just continues to touch so many kids' lives year after year."

This year's trip makes 25 years in a row, of taking kids with disabilities and debilitating illnesses to The Most Magical Place on Earth.

"You know, we're not curing cancer or anything," Kraddick said.  "All we're doing is making these kids smile.  I just feel my dad's presence with us here and I'm really excited to get this trip started."

Hey, travel safe, y'all.  And keep lookin' up!
