TOOWOOMBA, Australia — What appears to be dashcam video uploaded to YouTube shows an extremely close call between a pedestrian and a driver in Australia.

According the video’s title, the near-miss happened in the Australian city of Toowoomba.

Toowoomba is located about 127 kilometers west of Brisbane in the state of Queensland.

A description posted along with the video clip said it was an “older bloke” driving that failed to stop and give way to the woman walking.

“A older bloke failed to stop and give way to pedestrian at a marked pedestrian intersection almost striking the pedestrian,” the description read. “I saw him approaching at speed from the rear and sounded my horn to warn the pedestrian. Fortunately no one was injured. You will notice the the driver who almost hit the pedestrian failed to brake at any time before, during or after the near miss and continued.”

In Queensland, like in the United States, pedestrians have the right of way when properly crosses a street.

Warning: brief graphic language can be heard towards the end of the video.
