From Arrow and Flash to Supergirl, the CW is cranking out new episodes of the shows you love to love this fall. But the network is also unveiling some brand new shows.

Frequency, starring Peyton ListRiley Smith, and Mekhi Phifer is one of the highly anticipated new additions to CW's  prime time lineup.

You may remember the name from the movie with the same title back in 2000. Frequency (2000) starred Dennis Quaid and Jim Caviezel, a father and son duo who re-connect via a ham radio, but they live in different time periods, thirty years apart.

The concept is the same, but this time Peyton List plays Raimy Sullivan who has followed in her father's footsteps to become a detective.

One fateful night, she makes contact with a man who claims to be her father via a ham radio. From this discovery, Raimy tries to change events from the past, but the consequences of her actions are severe. Now she must work to undo what has been done or live in a world forever changed.

Hilary Kennedy had a chance to visit the cast of Frequency on set and talked with them about the new show in-between takes. Check out the interview above.

Frequency premieres at 8 p.m. October 5 on CW33.
