UPDATE: Franco-Luviano has been arrested in Georgetown, TX.

A violent crime spree between Cedar Hill and Austin has left two people dead, several injured, and a suspect on the run.

Silvestre Franco-Luviano is suspected of killing two men in North Texas. Ruben Junior Moreno was shot September 25 along Spur 408 in Dallas; Welton Belts was killed at a Texaco gas station in Cedar Hill, during an apparent carjacking.

Shortly after that shooting, police believe Franco-Luviano broke into a home and stole the keys to another car. That car was found abandoned near Austin, where Franco-Luviano is suspected of yet another robbery and kidnapping.

Police are searching for him, but they believe Franco-Luviano may have fled the state.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Silvestre Franco-Luviano is asked to contact Detective Sayers #7157 at 214-283-4849.
