Another long week is over, and it’s time to enjoy your weekend.

But are you stuck on finding something fun and exciting to do this weekend? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with a list of fun activities going on around the Metroplex.

Here are five things to do in DFW this weekend — and we’ve even added a bonus.

Now through Oct. 2: 20th Anniversary Tour of RENT

You’ve waited and it’s finally here! Fall in love all over again with characters like Benny and Maureen, and sing along to your favorite songs during the 20th Anniversary Tour of RENT at the Winspear Opera House. Ready to go? Buy your tickets here.

When: Now-Oct. 2.

All Weekend: Oaktopia Festival

If you’re looking for some live music to groove to this weekend, check out Oaktopia. Oaktopia is a downtown Denton music festival that’s been going strong for four years now. This year’s lineup features some big acts in music such as O.T. Genasis, Rae Sremmurd, The Whigs, Dr. Dog, and even Dallas’ own Norah Jones and DJ Lo Down Loretta Brown aka Erykah Badu. Price: $50-$200; kids 12 and under, free.

When: All weekend (9/23-9/25).

All Weekend: Plano Balloon Festival

Enjoy the great outdoors by heading over to the Plano Balloon Festival. This 3-day balloon festival will feature some amazing hot air balloons, a fireworks show, skydivers, and so much more. There will also be food served, a merch booth and a fun kid zone with bounce houses and mechanical rides.

Price: $4-$5; kids under 36 inches are free; Kid Zone: $20.

When: Friday: 4-10 p.m. Friday; 6 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday; 6 a.m.-7 p.m. Sunday (9/23-9/25).

Daily Through November: Autumn at the Arboretum

Fall is officially here, and you know that that means! It’s time to celebrate! Autumn at the Arboretum will feature a Pumpkin Village with colorful arrangements of pumpkins, squash, bales of hay, gourds, and cornstalks. The Cinderella-inspired pumpkin carriage will also be making its return this year.

Time: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. daily through Nov. 23.

Price: $15.

Saturday: Smoked Dallas BBQ Festival

What do you get when you blend a barbecue and music festival together? Well, you get Smoked Dallas. There’s no greater feeling then chowing down on BBQ while listening to some awesome music. The Smoked Dallas BBQ Festival will feature some of the best barbecue eateries across Texas such as Hutchins BBQ, Cattleack Barbecue, Lockhart Smokehouse and so much more. There will also be live music featuring Toadies, Dirty River Boys, Shinyrobs as well as others.

Price: $10-$90.

When: 1:30 p.m. Saturday (9/24).
