“No Fun League” Flags Antonio Brown for Twerking TD Celebration

LANDOVER, MD – As exciting as NFL football is there`s a reason why it`s nicknamed the “No Fun League”. The latest example came Monday night during the Steelers’ 38-16 defeat of the Redskins.

In the 3rd quarter, Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown caught his second touchdown of the game which of course was cause for celebration but the ref didn’t appreciate Brown’s twerk session and flagged him on the play.

The moment wasn`t lost on comedian Jordan Peele who co-starred in an infamous sketch about the NFL’s crackdown on touchdown celebrations on the show Key & Peele.

The flag was for unsportsmanlike conduct since the NFL officially bans any celebrations that are “sexually suggestive”; the flag comes with a fine totaling over $12,000.

Guess this means Brown can shelve many of his “suggestive” routines from his stint on Dancing with the Stars as well.

Memo to all NFL players: it`s okay to “Throw up the X” but if your celebration becomes triple X inspired, don`t be shocked if a flag and fine soon follow.
