DALLAS - It's not just hot outside, it's sticky, gross, nasty hot.  Welcome to summer in Texas - whatcha gonna do about it?

Well, we're gonna drink about it!

It's important to stay cool and hydrated, and water is a big part of that, but plain old H2O's a little... boring, isn't it?  Spice it up with some cucumber, lemons, limes, oranges, peaches. Just add a little fruit and enjoy.

Of course, you can also add some fresh fruit to champagne for a treat.  I like strawberries or blueberries personally, but the possibilities are endless.

Or how about some iced tea?  Sweetened, of course.  With sugar yes, but also with some peaches (which are great in all sorts of things).

You can also mix that sweet tea with some lemonade for that classic, the Arnold Palmer.

Want a tip from a pro, though?  Swap that tea with some sweet tea vodka, and enjoy an even naughtier Arnold Palmer.

The Spice of Blythe is, there's no reason to get hot under the collar, or bored with water - there's plenty of ways to stay cool and refreshed all summer long!
