WASHINGTON, D.C. --  It's going to be a big day for those on either side of the abortion debate in Texas tomorrow.

That's because the Supreme Court will announce their decision on a topic that is a touchy subject not only here in the Lone Star state, but also the nation.

We're talking about abortion.

As of right now, Texas law requires abortion clinics to have hospital type facilities and the doctors at those clinics need to have "admitting privileges” at a hospital within 30 miles.

Because of those requirements, which supporters say save lives, several clinics have closed in Texas. Leaving some women stuck traveling for hours to the nearest abortion clinic.

The United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the Texas law, which means if the justices end up with a split decision 4-to-4; the law would be upheld as it is because of the lower court’s opinion.

Ultimately, it doesn't matter which side you're on because Judgment Day has arrived and we will see y’all in court.
