When you hear about someone suing a restaurant over coffee, you automatically think it's because it's too hot. After all, there's the famous case in which McDonalds was legitimately serving coffee that was heated beyond the normal temperatures and caused burns when spilled.
This is not the case today! A woman is suing Starbucks for $5 million dollars because she says their drinks are too icy. She claims due to the amount of ice found in their drinks, they do not qualify as "beverages". Seriously, you can't just say "Hey, hold up...that's too much ice"!
What do you think?
