ST. MARTINVILLE, La. — We don’t know how the catfish are biting in Louisiana right now, but something sure is. You may never go fishing again after seeing this!

You think that’s exaggerating? Watch the video!

Two people in a fishing boat, leisurely pedaling around a lake in a fishing boat, recording the outing with a GoPro camera, checking fishing lines that are held up by pool noodles, you know, a typical outdoor adventure. But it’s NOT a fish on the line.

Lance Burgos posted video to YouTube April 10 saying, “Kayaking and camping at Lake Fausse Point State Park, St. Martinville, La., will never be the same.” So far, his video has been viewed more than 3 million times.

Video shows the pair being pedaled by a guy in the front as they check the lines marked by the floating noodles. As they move closer to a one, girl at the back of the boat begins to reach toward the water, then pulls her arm back quickly — turns out, there’s a reason for that.

The guy in front obviously doesn’t see that move because he reaches down to check the line.

And then… it comes out of the water.

And then the pedaling gets a whole lot faster!
