DALLAS -- It's wedding season, so that means you'll see a lot of crazy in love fiancées. Or like some would say -- "Feyonce."

By now, we've probably all spotted these Bey-inspired party faves and merchandise!

But, apparently the singer is NOT a fan of the fad! Yeah,  we're talking about the same Beyonce who taught the single ladies to speak up and make him put a ring on it!

Turns out, she's reportedly suing Feyonce Inc. to stop the company from selling products she claims is too similar to her own trademark.

And to make matters worse, the company is based right here in home state.

Ahhh... Come on B, where's the love?

In a complaint filed in Manhattan Federal Court, Beyonce is calling the company's conduct "intentional, fraudulent and malicious."

NewsFix reached out to Feyonce Inc., but so far, there's no word if they've even responded to the lawsuit. The singer was also allegedly threatening legal action against Etsy over other Feyonce coffee mugs!

Hey, maybe we're "Drunk in Love," but Beyonce apparently believes her name is "Irreplaceable," even if it is spelled wrong.
