Immune And Muscle Boosting Smoothies

We’ve been dragging a little this week and needed something to help get us into gear. And not another cup of coffee, something that will last through the day and into our post-work workout.

So we asked Tropical Smoothie Cafe to stop by the Eye Opener studio and point us in the right direction. They brought Arise Chia Banana Boost, Detox Island Green, Muscle Chia Banana Max, and Boost Immune Blast Smoothie.

You can also make these at home! Tropical Smoothie was nice enough to share the recipes for two of these smoothies.

Boost Immune Blast Smoothie

Ingredients:
Oranges
Orange juice
Green apple
Banana
Vitamin C Immune Complex
Ice
Water

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until you get the desired consistency.

Muscle Chia Banana Max Smoothie

Ingredients:
Roasted bananas
Whey protein
Coconut cream
Peanut butter
Ice
Water

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until you get the desired consistency.
