LOS ANGELES -- We've all heard the term “pack smart,” and usually that pertains to the items you're throwing in your suitcase -- not the suitcase itself. Well, that is... until now.

NUA Robotics is rolling out a suitcase that can help you travel smart. The Israeli-based company is calling this the carry-on that follows you wherever you go. And it also comes with some pretty cool features like sending proximity detection and how much it weighs to your smart phone.

Heck, it can even charge some of your devices. So no more fighting for an outlet while you wait at the gate!

And speaking of waiting, you know those naps that are hard to have in the terminal? Well, there's a fix for that too! It's the Hypnos Hoodie. An inflatable hoodie, perfect for on-the-go napping, or narcolepsy?

Now neither of these babies are available, yet. NUA robotics says they'll hopefully launch the suitcase in the next year. And Hypnos Hoodie is still in the Kickstarter phase but has already raised over $245,000.

If these gadgets of the future tell us anything, it's don't sleep on technology, folks!
