TARRANT COUNTY — Ethan Couch, the teen whose “affluenza” defense got him probation instead of prison after killing four people while driving drunk, is back in the news.

This time, he’s in trouble for a possible probation violation, which states the 18-year-old can’t drive, drink alcohol or use drugs for 10 years.

Well, on Wednesday, video surfaced on Twitter allegedly showing Couch at a beer pong party. In the video, the person believed to be Couch isn’t consuming alcohol. He’s just watching on cheering on the other participants.

But the person who re-posted the video and calls herself “Blonde Spector” says she has more video of the party.

“Ya boy Ethan Couch violating probation. I got more, if you want,” the caption to the video reads.

NewsFix reached out to the Tarrant County DA’s Office to ask if Couch violated his probation. They confirmed they are aware of the video and are investigating.

If Couch is in violation, it’s unclear what the consequences would be since he was just 16 at the time he was sentenced.

This may be one party Couch wished he’d skipped because based on the outrage over his affluenza, it’s not likely he can use that “get out of jail free” card again.
