IRVING -- Irving has been at the center of controversy when it comes to issues involving the Muslim community, and we're not just talking about the Clock Boy fiasco.

The Islamic Center of Irving has turned into a target with so many protests and rallies, it's becoming a weekly routine. But now the KKK has decided to postpone its rally at the mosque. The Texas Rebel Knights, a KKK group out of Quinlan were planning to protest at the mosque December 12th. Now their website says they're pushing the protest to May 2016.

A counter rally against the KKK calling for peace and acceptance is still scheduled to take place on December 6th.

So, if you're planning on holding a rally at the Islamic center of Irving, better check the schedule, this place is getting hard to book.
