DALLAS -- So, do you think you sing like an angel? Well, five acts are going to get a chance to do just that at "A Night of Gospel" at the State Fair of Texas, performing on the Chevrolet Main Stage.
That’s right, we have the five finalists in CW33's sing-off competition.
After dozens of entries submitted, from church choirs in their full-length robes to solo acts shot on cell phones, NewsFix viewers have voted for their favorites.
In no particular order, the finalists are The God Phaktorr, Letty Donald, Visionz of Destiny, John “JJ” Jackson, and Malcolm Christopher II.
Now, a panel of judges will make the final decision, and we'll announce the winner on Wednesday.
The first-ever "Night of Gospel" at the State Fair will be September 30, with an all-star line-up that includes Myron Williams, Deitrick Haddon, and Michelle Williams formerly of Destiny's Child.
