ARLINGTON -- It looks like Six Flags Over Texas is ready to embrace its evil side. On Thursday, the thrill capital of Texas announced not one, not two but three new rides.

It's part of a major expansion of Super Villains at Gotham City. We're talking about The Riddler Revenge, Catwoman Whip and Harley Quinn Spinsanity.

All this is in addition to the park's newest attraction, Justice League: Battle for Metropolis, a 4D interactive laser ride.

This latest expansion comes on the heels of great news for Six Flags. They just saw a 16% rise in revenue due to stronger attendance, according to the Wall Street Journal. That took them on a ride that exceeded expectations with first quarter revenues of over $85 million.

So, who can blame them for splurging on a few new toys? This crime wave of rides is set to wreak havoc in Gotham in the spring of 2016.
