British Company’s Unlimited Vacation Policy Fails

UNITED KINGDOM – Some companies are implementing unlimited vacation policies hoping employees will take more time off to refresh and recharge. And that sounds like a good idea, until it backfires. A British photography equipment company, Triggertrap, exposed an unlimited vacation policy to their employees in 2014. Only they call the experiment a total failure.
