FORT WORTH - Things are looking a little less blue at Blue Bell Creameries.  Fort Worth money man Sid Bass is pumping  an unknown amount of cash into the company. Money, the Brenham based company says will help get this back on store shelves once the listeria mess is sorted out.

His investment is  likely worth getting the naming rights to at least one ice cream flavor, right? So, we figured we'd help him out with the names of some potential Blue Bell flavors.

Why not "Sid-uctive Bass," in honor of Sid's investment?  If that's not for you maybe "Chisholm Trail Truffle" will hit the spot. Or "Sundance Square Swirl." Or how about a spoonful of "Cowtown Cookie Dough" on a hot summer day?

Anyway, the announcement comes appropriately enough on "Cow Appreciation Day." Those dairy cows will certainly have a lot of work to do for Blue Bell, that is, if they're not already the "spokes-cows" for Chick-Fil-A. The company was busy giving away free meals to those who stopped by dressed like a cow.

All and all, a very moooooving story! C'mon, we had to fit at least one of those in there!
