FRISCO - If you think students at Frisco High are going to lose their beloved principal without a fight, you got another thing coming. A swarm of students stormed out of school at the end of second period to protest the superintendent's decision to demote and transfer their principle, Sylvia Palacios, to an alternative school.
Hundreds of students marched two miles to the Administration Building.
"We got the whole school to go and walk all the way to the superintendents building and we want answers now," Kenny, a junior at Frisco High, said.
We asked Frisco ISD for a statement on this show of support. Instead, they forwarded a letter sent to parents last week saying change is difficult and asking that folks focus on celebrating the graduation class of 2015.
Well, there was no sign of that happening Tuesday. Just signs that say it all -- Save Sylvia!
