FORT WORTH - Well folks, it's 2015 and we're living in the future. We may not have hoverboards and robot maids yet, but Tarrant County's new digital forensics facility is the first in Texas equipped to process and analyze all types of digital evidence.

Yeah, with labs dedicated to video evidence, computers and hard drives, and cell phones, Tarrant County's team of investigators can do it all -- all in one place.

These guys can dig deep into a device's history to connect the dots for cops, providing crucial evidence for cracking cases.

And not just in Tarrant County! They get calls from all over the state asking for help with digital evidence.

Hey, just this past week, this place helped Benbrook PD and the FBI with the investigation that brought kidnapped 9-year-old Caitlyn Williams home this week.

And these guys will be solving plenty of other cases.  After all, the future is now, and we have the technology.
