According to Realtor.com, DFW has the top housing market in the U.S.

If you're in the market, you know home hunting in Dallas is no joke -- between the bidding wars and high-priced offers -- finding a humble abode is no easy feat.

What's more, the Texas Association of Realtors reports the Dallas area housing market inventory is at a 20 year low.

So who's coming out on top? The seller! Get this, the average home in DFW is reportedly selling in two months or less.

“The next step is to definitely have your act together, as long as you're pre-qualified let us realtors do our jobs,” said Ryan Booth, Realtor at Ebby Halliday Realtors.

Hey here's an idea, with so much job development in the area, maybe it's time to develop new homes.
