FORT WORTH - Hey, you gotta love a happy ending. For Erica Montes of Lewisville, that happy ending came Monday in the form of getting her car back.

Her story started the day before Thanksgiving.  Montes was outside her car pumping gas when she was confronted by a carjacker.  He pointed a shotgun at her and then got in her car.  She found cover, and listened to the firefight between the carjacker and the police.

By the time the dust settled, her car was left with four bullet-holes, a constant reminder of a day Montes wanted to forget.

Worse yet - the police department's insurance refused to pay for the damages.

That's where Park Place BodyWerks came to the rescue.  They teamed up with Honda of Burleson and not only repaired the bullet holes, but also gave the car a major makeover.  New mirrors, tires, a tune-up... They even fixed some damage from a previous accident!

Yep, BodyWerks gave this baby the works, and made those holes whole again.
