AUSTIN, TX – To shoot and tell?  That’s the question at the Texas state Capitol.  No, we’re not talking guns.  We’re talking vaccinations. Lawmakers in Austin heard the issue of privacy and transparency when it comes to student vaccinations; basically your right to know who in your kid’s class has opted out of a school vaccination.
