LOS ANGELES - It's one plot that wasn't scripted. Jill Blackstone's a TV producer credited with working on shows like Jerry Springer, Dr. Drew and The Real. Well, Jill was arrested after she called LAPD to report her deaf and partially blind sister and three dogs dead in the garage.

Wendy Blackstone was found in the carbon monoxide filled garage holding a suicide note Saturday.

Cops initially believed that Jill forged the note and had something to do with her sister's death, so they booked her.

But on Wednesday, the D.A. decided to drop the murder charge, pending a further investigation.

The medical examiner is still trying to figure out if foul play was involved.

Guess we'll have to wait to see if this story has a Hollywood ending.
