FORT WORTH-The Fort Worth Zoo has a new addition, but don't call this little guy a monkey, he's a bonobo ape!

You'll find him clinging onto mom, as most newborns do. The new bonobo was born February 24, the third Bonobo born at the zoo and in the entire state!

These apes are part of a breeding program, which is some serious business, especially since they're endangered in the wild.

These apes know a thing or two about getting wild, known in the animal world for their “monkey business,” these guys are lovers, not fighters.

Families big and small came out to take advantage of Wednesday’s half price hump-day special.

What are you waiting for? This looks more fun than a barrel of monkeys out here!

By the looks of it, there's plenty to monkey- see, monkey-do this spring break at the Fort Worth Zoo!
