Backstory: Born In Marshall, Texas — East Texas kid. Worked in the professional theatre, television/ film industry for many years before coming a newsie. Roosevelt High School and Academy of Health Science & Principal Brian De Veaux in establishing an academic scholarship honoring my dad, Johnny Williams, Sr., who taught chemistry and biology at Roosevelt for 36 years.
