FORT WORTH-Yee-haww! It was show day in Cowtown. The Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo might be riding off into the sunset this weekend, but not before these kids and their prize steers compete for grand champion.

About 40 young ranchers from around the state spent countless hours prepping their steers for the big day. These bovines lined up and showed off their beefcakes, but only one steer could moooove into first place!

And the heavyweight champ is Bob Marley! He must've been fed some good grass. Ha.

"It’s really rewarding, I’m just so grateful, I worked really hard for this,” said Madelyn Priesmeyer, owner of the grand champion steer.

The reserve grand champ is jay z.Yep, how's that for a musical moo-d!

Hey, wonder what that collaboration would sound like?

"When I first heard the announcement I was like is he talking about me? But he was," said Myka Blissard, owner of reserve grand champion steer.

A big win on show day means a big chunk of change for these cowgirls. They'll get to auction off their “Grade A” beef and make some serious cash.

Talk about milking it! The money raised will go toward their college education.

Looks like these youngins are steering in the right direction.
