DALLAS -- There are nine days until Christmas -- lights, tinsel and bling!

But the arrival of Santa, well, that's everything.

Whether naughty or nice, kids still send a letter to the North Pole promising, "Hey, I’ll be better."

But nestled in Texas at a Secret Elf Workshop, postal workers are dealing with a job that's non-stop!

“Dear Santa, How are the reindeer? Is Mrs. Clause happy in the North Pole?”

Awwww, now this kid seems nice. There's no way she'll get coal.

So, parents don't worry! Your secret's safe with them.

They just want to make sure your kid keeps believing in him.
