These flavorful seeds are salty, spicy and addictive! They are a super snack for the season.
Curried pumpkin seeds
- ¾ cup pumpkin seeds (from 1 small-medium sugar pumpkin)
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. coriander
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Spread the seeds over a baking sheet. Place them in the oven for five minutes to help dry them out.
Remove the pan from the oven. Spread the oil and spices over the seeds and use a wooden spoon to toss well to coat (be careful not to burn yourself on the hot pan!).
Bake for 15 minutes, shaking the pan half way through.
