Amazon Prime Instant and iTunes have added the cartoon series, Tom & Jerry to their video streaming service. Only problem? They've added a race disclaimer saying the content includes “some ethnic and racial prejudices that were once commonplace in American society.”

Maybe it's characters like Mammy Two Shoes, a black maid who's face is left out of frame throughout the entire series. The show has also come under fire for smoking, cannibalism and its portrayal of women.

Racist or not? We'll let you be the judge. It looks like this topic could end in a game of cat and mouse.
