It’s a sad end to the search for a missing Arkansas woman.

The lifeless body of real estate agent Beverly Carter was found buried in a shallow grave, 20 miles away from where she was last seen.

“Wasn't the outcome that we wanted but at least there is some closure for them,” said Lt. Minden with Pulaski County Sheriff's Department.

All fingers point to paroled felon Arron Lewis, who entered a not guilty plea Tuesday.

Lewis admits to playing his role in the kidnapping, but claims someone else killed and buried the 49-year-old.

This all seems like déjà vu to the people familiar with the 2006 murder of Sara Anne Walker.

The 40-year-old real estate agent was stabbed to death inside a McKinney model home.

Could these two tragic tales be a tragic coincidence -- or do they raise red flags on how safe the real estate industry really is?
