DALLAS, TX -- A former stripper is suing Jerry Jones for $1 million. She claims the Dallas Cowboys owner sexually assaulted her fiver years ago then conspired to cover it up.

According to Sports Illustrated, Jana Weckerly of Oklahoma is the one who took those racy pictures of Jones with with women.

Weckerly's attorney, Thomas Bowers, says she is not in the pictures, but Jones allegedly attacked her that same night at a five-star Dallas hotel back in 2009.

The details outlined in the lawsuit about what allegedly happened inside that hotel restroom are graphic.

“These allegations are completely false,” Jones' lawyer, Levi McCathern said in the statement. “This is nothing more than an attempt to embarrass and extort Jerry Jones. This is a shakedown by a lawyer who is a solo practitioner just trying to make a name for himself.  We intend to vigorously contest this complaint and expect it will be shown for what it is – a money grab."
